Replacement
There is NO Re stoking Fee and no RMA. Simple and easy replacement.
If a CD is broken in transit we will exchange it. If only one CD was broken you don't need to send the CD back for exchange. If there are more then one CD broken we will ask to ship them back, and we will exchange them. If the CDs doesn't play and you do not want an exchange but a refund, we will issue the refund once you return the Cd(s) back. We are confident that there will not be this type of problem.
All CDs are manually tested & verified before being shipped out.
When you buy our CDs you have a chance to hear a sample in the download area; if your CD is not listed, and you are afraid that the music will not suit you, please order ocean waves or silent so you will be safe.
Return of product may only be made for defective products. Defective products will be gladly replaced. Please send with the return the invoice too.We will not charge S&H for replacement.
